90-MINUTE DELIVERY IN DUBAI

We know you can't wait to receive your Bloomingdale's order which is why we've now introduced 90-minute delivery on selected products. This delivery option applies to all beauty and selected Boucheron fine jewelry only, and is currently only available in Dubai. Orders must be placed between 9am-8pm to qualify, with limited delivery slots available throughout the day.

Can I deliver to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer delivery to multiple shipping addresses within the same order. If you would like to have some items delivered to a different address, you can place two separate orders to different delivery addresses.


Why is my delivery delayed?

We work hard to ensure that you get your order delivered as promised. But sometimes due to high volumes of orders, we are unable to ship your order in time. In these cases, you will be notified via email of the estimated delay. If you are facing a delay with an order and require assistance or an update, you can get in touch with us and we will provide you with an update within 24 hours.


Can I change my delivery address for an existing order?

We cannot accommodate a change in address after your order has been shipped. However, if you do need to change your delivery address, please contact us right away and our customer care team will update you on whether there’s time to make the request before shipping.


Do you offer international shipping?

We currently offer shipping to Saudi Arabia including UAE, Kuwait and Qatar.


Why is my order split into partial deliveries?

We often source your favorite products from different locations so to ensure that we get your items to you as quickly as possible, we sometimes have to split your order into 2 or more shipments. In these cases, we notify you that your order will be arriving in multiple shipments before you make a payment for the order. You will be able to track these shipments separately through the “My Orders” section in your account, or by looking up your order number and email address if you’re a guest user.


What shall I do if my delivery is missing, incomplete or damaged?

If your entire order has been delivered and some items are missing, or you have received damaged products, please get in touch with us and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.


How do I view my order history?

A benefit of creating an account with Bloomingdale’s is that you can view your order history at any time from the “My Orders” section of your account.


Return Information


How do I exchange an item?

For online purchases, you can only request a change in store, For UAE & Kuwait Only

 

You can exchange an item that you’ve purchased from Bloomingdale’s within 30 days starting from the day you received your order. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging with tags attached and a proof of purchase is required to process the exchange. Please note that some items are not exchangeable, for instance; cosmetics, lingerie, swimwear and furniture are non-exchangeable items .

I’ve received wrong or damaged items

If you have received damaged items or the wrong items in your order, please contact us right away and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.


What is your refund policy?

When you cancel or return items in your order, the refund is generally processed using the method you used to make payment Cash payments for online orders are refunded as gift card that you can use it in store or online . Please note that we cannot refund items if they are returned after 30 days of purchase.


How do I return an item?

We hope that you'll love everything that you purchase from us, but if not, you can return your items within 30 days of making the purchase. Please note that some items are not refundable; for instance, cosmetics, jewellery, lingerie, swimwear and furniture are non-returnable items. However, you can return non-returnable items if you receive the wrong item, or if the items arrive damaged.

 

For in-store purchases, you can walk into our store with the purchased item in its original packaging, with tags, and a proof of purchase and our team will complete the return process instantly and process your refund. (Valid for UAE & Kuwait only)


For online purchases, you can request a collection of your items online and our delivery team will collect the items from you. Please ensure that you complete and attach the returns form you receive with your order to avoid delays in processing your return, and for KSA orders you need to attach the Airway Bill with your returned items.

Your returns will be processed within 7 days and the refund will be issued accordingly. If you do not have a Bloomingdale’s account, you will need to register to be able to request a return online.

For an instant refund against your online purchase, you can walk into our store with the item and the returns form and our team will be able to complete your return immediately.


Please note that for credit card refunds, it may take up to 30  days for the refund process to be completed depending on your bank policy.


Can I exchange a gift item?

If you have received an item from Bloomingdale’s as a gift and would like to exchange it, please bring the item in its original condition with the gift receipt to our store. While we do not allow gift returns, you may exchange the item for anything of equal value from store. Only available in UAE and Kuwait.
